PERMIT FOR WORK / FOR BUSINESS

AFTER 10 YEARS, YOU CAN APPLY FOR A PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT.
RESIDENCE PERMIT ON THE BASIS OF THE PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE
- For a foreigner (or his family) if a foreigner in the territory of Georgia buys real estate worth at least $ 100,000;
- The duration of the residence permit is 1 year;
- Application review time: 30 days (fast track 10 or 20 days).
You can make an application and get a residence permit immediately as a person will meet the above requirements.
AFTER 10 YEARS, YOU CAN APPLY FOR A PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT.
FAMILY REUNION PERMIT IS ISSUED
- For a foreigner, if this foreigner is a family member of a citizen of Georgia or a family member of a person who has a residence permit in Georgia;
- The income of this person must have at least 500 GEL or there must be at least 5000 GEL in the account;
- The duration of the residence permit is from 5 months to 1 year;

INVESTMENT RESIDENCE
- For a foreigner (or his family) if a foreigner in the territory of Georgia has implemented an investment project worth at least $ 300,000 or bought real estate in Georgia worth $ 300,000;
- When making investments, it is mandatory that the turnover for the first year be at least $ 50,000, for the second year at least $ 100,000. For the third, fourth and fifth years, turnover at least $ 120,000;
- When buying real estate, it is mandatory to own this property for at least 5 years;
- Investment residence permit can be for 5 years;

AFTER 5 YEARS, YOU CAN APPLY FOR A PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT.
PERMANENT RESIDENCE
- The person can apply for a permanent residence permit if he has an investment residence permit and in the following years has a turnover of at least $ 50,000, $ 100,000, $ 120,000, or for the last 5 years of person owns real estate valued at $ 300,000.
BENEFITS
